Our Story

GovOwl was born from years of experience at Inspect2GO, where we helped environmental health and code enforcement departments modernize their work. Along the way, we discovered a bigger need: Texas cities and counties wanted simple, effective tools to handle permitting, payments, data, and more. That’s why GovOwl was launched — to focus fully on modernizing Texas agencies.

I’ve spent decades helping government agencies modernize through software. With Inspect2GO, I worked alongside departments nationwide, learning what works and what doesn’t. With GovOwl, I’m bringing that experience home to Texas, focusing on practical, friendly solutions that agencies actually use.

Texas Business Development Manager& Account Management

I bring 13 years of senior-level experience in local government. I understand the challenges Texas agencies face and how technology can make their work easier. At GovOwl, I focus on building relationships, supporting clients, and helping agencies take the next step toward modernization.
